HR.com, the largest network of human resources executives, has announced the recipients of the 2024 HR.com Awards, recognizing excellence in HR and leadership programs during a ceremony at HRWest in Oakland, California. The corporate category winners include DocuSign for Most Impactful Human Experience Initiative with their People Analytics Employee Listening Program, CAA Club Group of Companies for Best Total Rewards and Recognition Program, and Intellectual Property Institute of Canada for Best Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Initiative. Other notable winners include American College of Cardiology for Best Learning and Development Program, Insperity for Best Overall Recruiting Strategy, and Aimbridge Hospitality for Best Leadership Development Program.
Technology innovation was recognized through Duke Energy's Engagement for Customer Experience and Services Team winning Best Technology Innovation Implementation, while employee wellbeing was highlighted by Pharmavite's PharmaFit Wellness Program receiving Best Employee Wellbeing Program. The CCS Companies earned recognition for Best Coaching and Mentorship Program with their SAIL Mentoring Program.
Individual HR professionals were also honored, with Cecilia Brookshire of Gainwell Technologies named HR Strategist of the Year, Kylie Ensrud of DataVizion receiving HR Leader of the Year, and Christina Fischer of Pharmavite recognized as Emerging HR Leader of the Year. HR.com CEO Debbie McGrath emphasized the importance of celebrating HR excellence, stating that the winners showcase exemplary work and models to emulate, demonstrating how HR professionals can inspire transformative results for organizations and their workforces.
