Technology innovation was recognized through Duke Energy's Engagement for Customer Experience and Services Team winning Best Technology Innovation Implementation, while employee wellbeing was highlighted by Pharmavite's PharmaFit Wellness Program receiving Best Employee Wellbeing Program. The CCS Companies earned recognition for Best Coaching and Mentorship Program with their SAIL Mentoring Program.
Individual HR professionals were also honored, with Cecilia Brookshire of Gainwell Technologies named HR Strategist of the Year, Kylie Ensrud of DataVizion receiving HR Leader of the Year, and Christina Fischer of Pharmavite recognized as Emerging HR Leader of the Year.
