TeamViewer reports significant adoption of its artificial intelligence offering, with TeamViewer AI automatically summarizing more than 270,000 IT support sessions since the product's promotion began three months ago. From August to October 2025, session summaries grew four times compared to the previous three-month period, demonstrating accelerating usage patterns among customers seeking to enhance their IT support operations.
Approximately 10,000 customers have opted to use TeamViewer's AI features, with the number of active AI users growing by 60% from September to October alone. Since July, active users have increased by 400%, indicating strong market acceptance of AI-powered remote support solutions. Customers report substantial efficiency improvements, including saving 5-10 minutes of documentation work per IT ticket and achieving up to 25% faster issue resolution times.
As a pioneer in secure remote connectivity and leader in Digital Employee Experience management, TeamViewer leverages its extensive proprietary data to build further AI momentum. The company serves more than 645,000 paying customers and handles over 1 billion remote connections annually to various devices.
