Liu's background includes serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Fam Capital, a multinational venture firm headquartered in Palo Alto with offices in Hong Kong and Dubai, where he led over $150 million in cross-border investments across AI infrastructure and decentralized finance. He previously served as Leading Expert of AI at one of the world's largest energy companies, where he led advanced industrial AI initiatives including the development of the world's first energy-focused AI computing cloud and large-scale AI systems for smart grid reliability and autonomous optimization. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from MIT and Fintech from Harvard University and has advised founders and institutions globally at the frontier of AI, infrastructure, and market innovation.
