SKYX Platforms Corp. has announced a collaboration with the NVIDIA AI Ecosystem Connect Program, with expectations to integrate this partnership into existing and future smart home projects. This development comes alongside the company's expansion of its product distribution through major U.S. retailers. The company has launched its patented advanced SKYFAN and Turbo Heater at Home Depot, including a new SkyPlug branding page on homedepot.com. Additionally, SKYX has introduced its Turbo Heater Fan at Target, Walmart, Lowe's, and across its e-commerce platform comprising 60 websites.
The company anticipates continued significant growth with its SKYFAN and Turbo Heater products through 2026, advancing its path toward cash-flow positivity. SKYX has reported revenue increases for seven consecutive comparable quarters from Q1 2024 through Q3 2025 and expects this quarterly growth trend to continue. Management anticipates securing additional significant business opportunities across several fronts during 2026. The company is expected to supply its advanced and smart home technologies to upcoming projects in the U.S. and globally, including a North Carolina smart home community, developments in Austin and San Antonio, Texas, a new $4 billion smart city in Miami, Florida, and projects in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
SKYX expects to deploy over 1 million units of its advanced smart home plug-and-play technologies throughout these projects. The company continues to grow its market penetration and expects to deploy over 100,000 products into homes and units by the end of 2026 through retail and professional segments. Following recent capital raises totaling over $33 million from fundamental institutions and existing investors, including a $25 million investment at $2.50 per share, management believes the company is well-capitalized to execute growth initiatives while progressing toward sustained cash-flow generation and profitability.
The company has extended and converted $13.5 million in notes with maturity extended to 2030. SKYX will launch new AI-driven software for its e-commerce platform of 60 websites, expected to increase conversion rates and sales by up to 30%. The company has successfully demonstrated its technology during a Marriott Hotel renovation and expects to grow its hotel segment during 2026, with Marriott chain owner The Shaner Group leading a $16.5 million investment round. SKYX's technologies expansion provides additional opportunities for future recurring revenues through interchangeability, upgrades, AI services, monitoring, subscriptions, and other channels.
Regarding safety standardization, SKYX's Safety Code Standardization Team is making progress toward its goal of achieving mandatory safety standardization for its ceiling outlet and receptacle technology in homes and buildings. The team is led by industry veterans Mark Earley, former head of the National Electrical Code, and Eric Jacobson, former President and CEO of the American Lighting Association. The company believes its products have met necessary safety conditions for becoming a ceiling safety standardization requirement, having received product specification approval voting by ANSI/NEMA and being voted into 10 segments in the NEC Code Book. SKYX maintains that its products could save insurance companies billions annually by reducing fires, ladder falls, and electrocutions, and expects insurance company recommendations once it completes its full product range.
