The InnoEX exhibition, jointly organized by the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau of the HKSAR Government and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, officially opened alongside the HKTDC's Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Under the theme "Innovate . Automate . Elevate," the concurrent four-day flagship technology fairs bring together leading global innovation and technology solutions, artificial intelligence technologies, and cutting-edge electronic products. A series of forums, seminars, and business-matching sessions will be held, aligning with the National 15th Five-Year Plan and Hong Kong's latest budgetary directions for I&T development.
Jenny Koo, Deputy Executive Director of the HKTDC, stated the fairs highlight Hong Kong's international and innovation strengths by fostering cross-regional and cross-industry collaboration. This year's events feature over 2,800 exhibitors from 27 countries and regions, showcasing AI-driven innovations and advanced electronics. A major highlight is the newly launched "RoboPark," which brings together technology companies to showcase over 100 robots across diverse application scenarios, facilitating industrial collaboration and accelerating Hong Kong's development as an international I&T hub. The RoboPark spans both fairs and features four of the world's top five best-selling humanoid robot manufacturers, including AgiBot, Unitree, UBTECH, and EngineAI, alongside other prominent robotics firms.
Unitree is presenting the first launch outside the Chinese Mainland for its next-generation quadruped robot dog, Unitree A2, designed for commercial and industrial applications. Hong Kong-based RiceRobotics presents autonomous robots for building operations, widely adopted by enterprises in Japan. The zone will host some 40 events, including application sharing sessions and live demonstrations, to help enterprises expand globally. International participation at InnoEX has grown, with over 550 exhibitors from 21 countries and regions, including first-time participants from eight nations, reflecting strong global recognition of Hong Kong's I&T platform. The Director General of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, Dr. Gerd Müller, will lead a delegation, underscoring Hong Kong's role in promoting global I&T collaboration.
The exhibition focuses on five key areas: AI+, Robotics, Low-altitude Economy, PropTech, and RetailTech. In AI+, the Digital Policy Office presents the "Smart Hong Kong Pavilion" featuring innovative solutions from government departments. First-time exhibitor Tencent Cloud showcases AI solutions including SuperApp and PalmAI. In robotics, Wildfaces, Lenovo, and Intel jointly present a patented real-time AI fault detection system using drones. Aligning with the Policy Address vision for a competitive low-altitude economy ecosystem, exhibitors like China Mobile Hong Kong present a drone traffic management system and 5G+ satellite connectivity. InnoEX will co-organize the LAE Development Conference with the Working Group on Developing Low-altitude Economy, featuring international speakers to analyze policy trends and market potential.
The Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) brings together exhibitors from 15 countries and regions, with first-time participation from Australia, France, Macao, and Thailand. The fair presents innovative technologies across three major areas: Smart Home & Solutions, Health Tech & Gadgets, and Pet Intelligence. Some 60 products will be launched for the first time, including the "BG120 Smart Sports Glasses" by Infinite Import & Export and the "Great Wall Dragon Armor" Mini PC series by Hunan Greatwall Computer System Co., Ltd. In Smart Home & Solutions, exhibitors present products integrating AI and IoT technologies, such as a wireless video door phone by Dongguan Tianluo Electronics Technology. With rising demand for elderly products, the fair promotes the "Smart Ageing Products" label, featuring items like an AI Smart Elderly Care Kit by Zhongyuan Innovation (HK) Limited. The growing "pet economy" is addressed with products like the Aura AI Pet Robot by Tuya Hong Kong Limited.
The EFSE features some 30 thematic zones, including the "Hall of Fame," a "Startup Zone," and an "Immersive Experience Zone" showcasing VR, AR, and XR technologies. Over 100 forums and exchange activities will be held across the two fairs over four days, exploring the latest industry trends and fostering collaboration. The Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises will host a seminar titled "Driving Innovation and Industry Development through China's Next Five-Year Roadmap," featuring enterprises like JD Group, Ant Group, and Pfizer. A new "Go Global Consultation Zone" will provide on-site advisory services. These events are part of the broader Business of Innovation and Technology Week (BIT Week), which includes other major I&T events like the Hong Kong Web3 Festival 2026 and the International Academicians Hong Kong Forum, further cementing Hong Kong's position as a regional digital hub.
