Candidate.fyi today launched its full agentic hiring platform, the largest release in the company's history. The platform gives talent teams a lineup of AI agents that coordinate interviews, answer candidates around the clock and turn every interview into usable intelligence. All of the agents run on one shared knowledge layer, so what one agent learns, every other agent already knows. The release also introduces the new fyi operator and a Candidate Trust Profile that confirms applicants are real people. The platform builds on what candidate.fyi learned powering hiring for teams at companies like CoreWeave, Yahoo, and Zendesk.
“Your team just got bigger,” said Kyle Connors, CEO and co-founder of candidate.fyi. “Most AI shows up as another tool, another setup, another silo, another thing that doesn’t know what the last one did. We re-imagined the work AI does for you, how you work with it, and how you trust who’s on the other side. These agents work like a team because they are one. Welcome to agentic hiring.”
The agent lineup includes the Interview Companion Agent, which turns every interview into structured intelligence that follows the candidate through the process, so the best things said in an interview don’t get lost. The Recruiting Coordination Agent runs the process between the steps: scheduling, rescheduling, confirmation and follow-up. Teams teach it how they work, such as how to handle a hiring manager who cancels on short notice. The Candidate Experience Agent gives candidates an agent of their own. It answers questions at any hour, in the company’s voice, using what it knows about the company and its process. Two more agents, the Interviewer Agent and Application Review Agent, are coming in Q1 2027.
The new fyi operator changes how teams use the platform. Instead of hunting for the right screen and button, users ask for what they need, such as ‘Move this interview to next week and keep the panel’ or ‘Why hasn’t this candidate been scheduled?’ The operator runs on the same shared brain as the agents and knows where the user is. On a candidate page, it already knows which candidate and role are in play, so no one starts from scratch. Teams can also tag @fyi in a Slack hiring channel and it handles the request from there.
AI has made it easier than ever to pretend to be someone else, from AI-polished applications to deepfaked screening calls. candidate.fyi now includes a candidate trust layer across the entire platform. The Candidate Trust Profile pulls signals from applications, interviews and candidate profiles and resolves them into a clear answer on whether a team is dealing with a real person. It appears right where hiring decisions are made.
The launch matters because it consolidates fragmented recruiting tasks into a single, coordinated system that learns across every interaction. By embedding trust verification directly into the workflow, candidate.fyi addresses a growing risk in AI-assisted hiring while giving recruiters more time to focus on human judgment. For teams already stretched thin, the promise of agents that work as one could translate into faster processes and better candidate experiences.
