This agreement establishes a preferred, non-exclusive framework to match enterprise AI and HPC demand with potential modular behind-the-meter (BTM) capacity evaluated or developed under FingerMotion's existing BlueFlare alliance.

The MOU focuses initially on the Canadian provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. Under the proposed structure, FingerMotion would act as owner-operator and project sponsor, BlueFlare would serve as the Western Canadian development partner, and Lyken would handle customer-facing demand and managed services. This division of responsibilities aims to streamline the deployment of modular power solutions that can support the growing energy requirements of AI data centers.

FingerMotion noted that its relationship with BlueFlare has evolved from a single-project discussion to a multi-site development program. The company is currently in talks with multiple natural gas suppliers and midstream counterparties regarding potential firm supply arrangements for the planned BTM generation. However, it emphasized that no definitive gas supply agreement, capacity commitment, customer contract, project financing, or expected revenue has been established. Each project will be evaluated individually, subject to financing, site control, supply, customer commitments, regulatory approvals, and other conditions.
