Meeder Investment Management has named Mark Francher as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, a strategic hire that underscores the firm's commitment to scaling its talent and culture alongside its business growth. Francher, who brings more than two decades of human resources leadership experience, joins Meeder from CAPTRUST Financial Advisors, where he also served as Chief Human Resources Officer. His prior roles include senior HR leadership positions at Qualcomm, where he contributed to talent strategy, organizational development, and workforce initiatives across a large, complex organization.
The appointment places Francher on Meeder's leadership team, where he will oversee human resources strategy, including talent management and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. His arrival comes as Meeder continues to invest in the people, capabilities, and infrastructure needed to support its long-term growth objectives. With more than 150 associates and over $190 billion in assets under advisement, Meeder serves public entities, institutions, financial advisors, and individual investors through a range of investment solutions.

Francher holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
