REALM Launches AI-Powered Intelligence Reports for Luxury Real Estate Advisors

REALM, the invitation-only global network of luxury real estate advisors, has unveiled REALM Intelligence, powered by Scoop, a personalized monthly report designed to identify where opportunities lie in each advisor's market and what to do about them. The launch addresses a critical challenge facing top advisors: wealth is being created and relocated at an unprecedented pace, making it difficult to track new fortunes and capital movements. The advisors serving these families often lack the time to sift through vast amounts of data.

REALM Intelligence provides each member with an individualized report based on their specific market, segment, and book of business. The reports draw from a dataset that no single brokerage could assemble, analyzed by Scoop's AI to deliver actionable insights. Each report begins with a local market analysis, covering inventory, pricing, absorption, and days on market, comparing the advisor's performance with the rest of the network. It also flags aging inventory and long-held listings, offering a watch list with market conditions to monitor.

The report extends to economic factors affecting the ultra-high-net-worth market, such as liquidity events, executive moves, and corporate relocations, sourced from public filings and REALM's wealth data. These are mapped to the advisor's territory, with companies and connections named. If a lead connects to a company or family known to another REALM member, the report directs the advisor to use REALM's connection tools. All findings are grounded in the advisor's own listings and clients, ensuring privacy and relevance.

The impact is significant: advisors can make calls a month earlier, armed with data-driven insights rather than anecdotal evidence. Newly wealthy households are often hard to identify without analyzing thousands of filings, a task the AI handles efficiently. Julie Faupel, Founder and CEO of REALM, emphasized, "A report telling an advisor their market softened last quarter is not intelligence. Telling them where the opportunity is in their market this quarter, and what to do about it, is." With $127 trillion in wealth transferring between generations, the tool ensures members don't have to search for opportunities blindly.

Early feedback from members has been positive, with brokers like Bob Pennypacker of Sotheby's International Realty in Healdsburg, California, and Tasha and Michael Osborne of WEC Real Estate in Central Florida recognizing their markets in the analysis. REALM Intelligence was developed in collaboration with Scoop, with a pilot group of advisors shaping the guidance. Brad Peters, Founder and CEO of Scoop, noted, "We ran it as a loop. The network told us what was useful... Within two months we went from a first draft to a monthly report written for each of hundreds of advisors."

REALM Intelligence is now available to all members, with a second release on wealth migration trends planned soon. This launch underscores REALM's commitment to providing its members with cutting-edge tools to navigate the complexities of the luxury real estate market.
