Spreadsight, an autonomous wholesaling platform for real estate investors, has launched its web application at www.spreadsight.ai. The platform uses proprietary artificial intelligence developed entirely in-house to manage wholesale real estate deals from initial contact through signed assignment, eliminating the need for human phone calls or manual processes.
Traditional wholesaling technology often stops at generating a scored lead or flagging a distress signal in a CRM. From there, a human must call the seller, assess motivation and timeline, negotiate price and terms, underwrite the numbers, manually search a buyer list, and call a buyer to confirm before drafting a contract. Spreadsight aims to close that gap by automating each step.
The platform's AI voice agent contacts sellers directly, asking questions to uncover motivation, timeline, and property condition, while negotiating price and terms in real time. An underwriting engine determines offers using live comparable-sales data and repair estimates. A buyer-matching engine ranks the investor's cash-buyer network against the deal and calls the top match to confirm, before auto-drafting the assignment contract. All stages operate autonomously, end to end.
"We didn't want to build another lead list with a chatbot bolted on top," said Daniel Kaufman, founder of Spreadsight. "Every piece of this — the calling, the underwriting logic, the buyer-matching — is proprietary AI we built ourselves, purpose-built for wholesaling. That's the difference between a tool that flags a deal and a system that actually closes it."
Spreadsight is now available at www.spreadsight.ai, where wholesalers and real estate investors can request a demo of the platform.
