CareAbout Health announced the appointment of two C-suite executives, with Danielle Webb named chief operating officer and Scott Robbins appointed chief people officer. Webb will oversee daily operations and optimize processes across national umbrella entities within the management services organization, driving strategic initiatives to enhance patient care, improve operational efficiencies, and achieve long-term growth. Prior to this role, she served as chief operating officer of Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches, where she headed day-to-day operations and optimized performance and growth for the multi-specialty physician group practice.
Robbins, with two decades of healthcare human resources expertise, will lead CareAbout’s centralized human resources function, including benefits, recruitment, and employee engagement. He previously spent five years as chief people officer at WellBe Senior Medical, playing a pivotal role in expanding the team from nine employees to over 1,000 and supporting company growth. His experience includes establishing HR frameworks for startups, for-profit and non-profit companies, and community-based healthcare organizations.
Dr. Nedal Shami, chief executive officer at CareAbout Health, emphasized the importance of these appointments, stating that both executives have extensive, proven track records and exemplary leadership in the healthcare services arena. As CareAbout grows its managed shared services model, the right team is essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality care while leveraging unified, shared services across medical group practices. Webb and Robbins complete this team, with expectations for significant contributions in their new roles. For more details, visit https://careabout.com.
