HR.com has announced the establishment of its State of Legal and Compliance Advisory Board for 2025, bringing together distinguished leaders from various industries to address critical legal and compliance challenges facing HR professionals. The expert panel will provide guidance for upcoming research and virtual events designed to help organizations navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment. Board members are recognized authorities in employment law, compliance strategy, and workplace policy, ensuring HR.com's resources remain at the forefront of industry innovation.

The advisory board includes prominent industry thought leaders such as Frank Fiorille, Vice President of Risk, Compliance, and Data Analytics at Paychex; Gillian Godjas, Compliance HR Specialist and Administrative Director at Belzona; Bryn Goodman, Partner at Fox Rothschild; Jason Sheffield, National Director of Compliance at Baldwin Risk Partners; Holly Sutton, Partner at Farella Braun + Martel; and Allison West, Employment Attorney at Employment Practice Specialists.
