Datavault AI (NASDAQ: DVLT) announced it has executed a binding term sheet with Scilex Holding Company (NASDAQ: SCLX) for a $120 million cash contribution and revenue participation agreement to support deployment of its quantum-ready, zero trust edge network. The funding is expected to support infrastructure build-out across an estimated 100 U.S. cities, enabling advanced AI, high-performance computing, and secure data processing capabilities.
Under the agreement, Scilex will receive a tiered share of network revenues up to defined caps. This partnership marks a significant step for Datavault AI in scaling its technology platform, which combines Acoustic Science and Data Science Divisions. The company’s cloud-based platform provides comprehensive solutions with a collaborative focus in these areas.
