IVOREE, the omnichannel engagement platform serving operators across North America, has announced a mobile platform partnership with the Kiowa Casino Operations Authority (KCOA), extending its patron engagement technology and artificial intelligence capabilities to all three Kiowa Casinos in Oklahoma. The agreement covers Kiowa Casino & Hotel in Devol, Kiowa Casino Carnegie in Carnegie, and Elk Creek Kiowa Casino in Hobart. The partnership matters because it demonstrates how tribal gaming operators can modernize legacy infrastructure while delivering personalized mobile experiences, a combination that is becoming essential as AI reshapes the gaming industry.
The platform connects patrons to a branded mobile experience that carries the guest journey from the gaming floor through all property amenities across each location. Patrons gain mobile-first access to real-time account information, tailored offers, campaigns, promotions, and play mechanics driven by ivoree.ai's technology. The intelligent player-data layer enables each property to personalize the guest experience at the individual patron level while providing Kiowa Casinos a unified view of engagement activity across all three properties.
The significance of the deal lies in its technical complexity. Bob Dimmick, CEO of Kiowa Casinos, emphasized that the operator needed a partner capable of integrating with an existing systems landscape that includes AS/400-powered systems and cloud-based solutions. "It was very clear that the IVOREE team is the best on this front with their extensive systems integration and architecture design experience with the largest Operators in the US, Canada, Latin America and Africa, all done with security being a cornerstone of their solution delivery," Dimmick said. Manmohan Reddy, Head of Technology at IVOREE, noted that Kiowa's systems landscape and integration with all of them was a key pillar identified early during due diligence, and that IVOREE recognized the importance of ensuring that was part of its critical success factors for the engagement.
Callie Singh, who has led marketing for Kiowa Casinos since 2010, said the operator sought a strong partner with vision and innovation on the technology front, along with domain knowledge in gaming and hospitality. "Based on our in-person visits and discussions with several other Operators across the country already using IVOREE's existing platform, it was evident to us that their solutions were tried and tested in the field," Singh said, adding that detailed due diligence covered all aspects of the platform for deployment across gaming and non-gaming avenues. Benjamin Keller, Head of Business Development at IVOREE, described Kiowa Casinos as the kind of partner IVOREE was built for: a Sovereign Nation operator with the same conviction around AI-driven engagement and innovative technology solutions targeted for patrons in the Central US, specifically Oklahoma and Texas.
The Kiowa Casinos mobile solution is now live across all three properties, making IVOREE's engagement platform accessible to patrons directly from their mobile devices at each location. The partnership underscores a broader shift in the gaming industry, where operators are moving beyond basic mobile apps toward integrated, AI-powered ecosystems that connect loyalty, offers, and operations in a single secure platform. For IVOREE, the deal expands its footprint among Sovereign Nation Tribes, a segment it already serves alongside Historical Horse Racing operators, route markets, commercial gaming locations, restaurants, bars, and hotels across more than a dozen states in the US and Canada.
